Amaranto
Amaranto is a traditional Italian food truck based in Auckland, cooking handmade pasta, antipasto, and dolci fresh on-site from a vintage caravan. They travel across Auckland and up into Northland as far as Whangarei, and the kitchen is fully dedicated gluten-free, with dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options throughout. The vintage caravan adds a visual element alongside the food.
