Food by Fire, part of Base Hospitality, is a Christchurch-based operation with separate vehicles including a pizza truck, an Asado BBQ trailer, and a Bedford bar truck, all available to bundle for weddings and events. They travel across Canterbury, Otago, and Nelson, and their Asado whole-hog slow-smoke setup is designed as a centrepiece for the reception.
