Roam Food Caravan is a Hamilton-based catering trailer serving wood-fired and Asian-inspired food, and they travel to Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty. Weddings are their main focus, so they book out well in advance, especially in peak season. The rig is a refurbished caravan, and bar and sound add-ons are available.
