The Land Doughver (Fire & Slice)
The Land Doughver is a converted ex-army Land Rover fitted with an Italian wood-fired pizza oven, operated by Fire and Slice out of Sumner in Canterbury. It brings freshly made woodfired pizza to weddings, parties, and corporate events across the region. The truck shares a pairing with The Land Pourer mobile bar, both run by the same operator.
