Where to start
Start with the venue. It's the one decision that shapes everything else, your date, your numbers, your budget and the feel of the day, so once it's settled the rest falls into order. Most people we work with don't know where to begin, and this is almost always the answer.
Know your rough numbers and your region before you browse. You don't need a final guest list, just a sense of whether you're hosting thirty people or three hundred, and roughly where in the country. Those two things narrow a long list quickly.
Think in budget tiers, not exact figures. Drift sorts venues into Community, Commercial, Premium and Luxury so you can see what fits before you ask for a quote. Real prices vary by date, season and package, so treat the tier as a guide and confirm the number with the venue.
Shortlist a handful, then enquire directly. Each venue page links to the venue's own contact, so you reach out to them, not through us. Check the details that matter to you, capacity, accessibility, catering and availability, before you commit.
